FINE BRETAGNE
Ships sailing from Binic and Paimpol to fish cod in Iceland charge their holds with barrels of this warming cider spirit. This drink called Fine Bretagne comes from the distillation of cider from selected Breton orchards’.
With an “Appelation d’origine réglementée” the Fine Bretagne maturates in oak casks in the distillery spirit store where it develops its aromas and gains its character.

The Pommeau is a mix of apple juice and Fine Bretagne that maturates for 18 months in oak casks. The huge palette of aromas, its low percentage of alcohol and the natural origins of each of its composants gives the aperitif temper of this product. Definition of the Pommeau : a genuine rural flavour.

POMIG

A soft, apple based product. The most difficult part of the manufacturing process was to choose just the right variety of apples. By extracting the apple juice we obtain the base of the product. Pomig is recommended in cocktails, such as the Pomig Tonic : 4Cl Pomig, 1Cl Gin, Add tonic and ice.
